Athena Swan activity across the university updated from meetings attended by ED Chair. New EDC Chair announced; Gideon Baffoe to take up the role from September 2022. Advance HE guidance issued on questions in surveys to protect EDI characteristics; to be further disseminated and encouraged. Finishing touches to Athena Swan draft scheduled. 2022/2023 event planning meeting to be set up in August 2022 to address involvement in Black History Month (October), International Women’s Day (March) and PRIDE (June).
