In this meeting we talked at length about teaching promotion data and how we can support our staff in the best possible way to apply for a promotion. We discussed module development opportunities, using external examiner and student feedback, peer review and audit trails.
We discussed the Athena Swan interviews and agreed on the groups we would ask. Further discussion needs to take place around what questions will be asked. We also looked at field trip representation and made edits to the policy document that JH had drafted.
