Athena Swan application draft and action plan were the main substance of the meeting, both in terms of content and further distribution/sharing.  Writing sprints will be put in place in June following assorted modifications and inclusion of commentary on the draft and action plan from other sectors of the department as well as members of the EDC reviewing specific sections. Ongoing consideration of ways in which this will be shared with the Environment & Geography community. Subject of Academic Supervision raised as an item needing further attention in greater depth. Discussion ensued and ongoing regards how to do this.
