How do I ask for a P45 from the University?

Please email Payroll at non-salaried-payroll@york.ac.uk, including your full name, date of birth and National Insurance number so we can identify your records correctly.

P60 forms

We will also send you a P60 form at the end of the tax year each April.

The P60 Form is a UK Government Form sent to a worker by an employer summarising how much has been paid over the year.  The P60 is sent to the casual worker's contact address.
