One off Purchase

The department has few strategic Credit cards to be used to ease the process of certain payments.
The Credit Card owners in the department are: Rachel Vonderdell at rachel.vonderdell@york.ac.uk, Dave Hay at dave.hay@york.ac.uk , or Annabel Jackson at environment-pa@york.ac.uk

A University Purchase Card must only be used for:

• Placing low value (typically <£1000) orders with suppliers who will be used infrequently or as a one-off, to avoid setting up the supplier on Agresso.
• Purchasing goods and services only available through the internet, eg conference fees.

Please DO NOT use your personal Credit Card (See screenshot below taken from the Procurement website )
