Updating license information
You may receive a notification over the coming months indicating your Tableau maintenance is expiring. To resolve this you just need to upgrade your product key details as follows:
- Load Tableau
- Go to Help -> Manage Product Keys
- Press Refresh
Renewals
Tableau Desktop (and Server) license renewals are handled centrally by the Planning Office. Where possible we co-term the initial purchase so that the maintenance renewals are all aligned to the 1st August - 31 July year. If you are the budget holder you will be contacted when a new invoice is raised.
Note that Tableau are a US company and so pricing excludes VAT and is susceptible to variations in US dollar exchange rate.
