Filter Options
NameOptionFilter Action
CFU TreatmentInclude CFU in UFIf this option is selected the UF column will count applications with a Dec/Rsp (cap_idrc) value of either UF and CFUF and CFU and CIUF (along with any records that are included as a consequence of the selection of the Unconditional Inclusion Method parameter)
Exclude CFU from UF

If this option is selected the UF column will count applications with a Dec/Rsp (cap_idrc) value of UF only (along with any records that are included as a consequence of the selection of the Unconditional Inclusion Method parameter)

Note: the Tableau report will also include the status of CIUF when the exclude option is selected. There is no option that shows UF only. This should be reviewed after Confirmation and Clearing 2019.

Unconditional Inclusion MethodFinalised (CAP) UnconditionalIf this option is selected only the Dec/Rsp (cap_idrc) value is used taking account of the CFU treatment
In Progress + Finalised (CNF + CAP) Unconditional

If this option is selected, if the Dec/Rsp (cap_idrc) value ends in 'F'
and
S1 Second Check Dec (cnf_udf3) value is 'UAU' (Met Conditions) OR CNF Recommended Action (cnf_reca) value is 'U' (Accept unconditional) or 'A' (Auto Accept)

Then the record is included as UF

If the above is not the case, then the record is included based on just the Dec/Rsp (cap_idrc) taking account of the CFU treatment

Include Intercalaters
