The suggestion box provides the opportunity to submit your suggestions/comments around any aspects of the culture and community in the department. This is an anonymous form, with an optional space to add your name/email if you wish to be contacted regarding your comment/query or suggestion. You will have had to log in to gain access to this form, but this is NOT recorded automatically. If you do submit anonymously it will be noted but we may not be able to act on it.

To ensure colleagues feel comfortable providing suggestions, the responses are currently monitored only by the chair of EDC (currently Anika Haque) and she will pass on a summary of your message to the appropriate person. We would encourage you to provide your name as it will allow Anika to get back in touch with you, to clarify information or advise you on possible courses of action. She won't pass on your name to anybody else unless you want them to.
