Sally B's Cocktail Recommendations

Recipe for 2:

• 60ml vodka

• 50ml apple sours

• 40ml apple juice

• 25ml fresh lemon juice

• 20ml sugar syrup

• Plenty of ice

Put all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with the ice and shake! Serve in a glass filled with ice.

Recipe for 2:

• 75ml silver tequila
• 60ml triple sec (you can use Cointreau instead if you can’t get triple sec)
• 60ml lime juice
• Sea salt for the rim of the glass
• Ice

Rub a lime wedge along the rim of the glass and dip in salt. Put tequila,

triple sec, lime juice and ice into a cocktail shaker and shake. Pour into the freshly salted glass.

• 100ml Crème de Cassis
• 25ml sugar syrup
• Ice

• 75ml-100ml lemon juice
• 5ml sugar syrup
• Dash (around 5 drops) of Angastrura bitters
• Lots of ice

• 50ml sugar syrup
• 50ml lime juice

We will be redesigning the recipe for this cocktail as we have found a new one which used Vanilla Vodka – will report back!
