To book the Boardroom (ENV/031)
- Go to the departmental room bookings Planon page.
- Enter the details for the booking and search.
- Select ENV031 - this will be the only room available on the departmental room bookings option. If nothing comes up, the room is unavailable (you can check by selecting 'Show unavailable reservation units'}.

To book any other room
- Go to the room bookings Planon page.
- Click 'Make a new booking'.
- Enter your booking details, then select 'Search - then select a room and click Continue'.
- Look at the room options. You can click 'More info' to see details and photos. You can also use the campus map to see where a building/room is.
- Select your chosen room, and click 'Continue'.
