Overview
The UX Group has presented UX information and undertaken a number of successful UX projects within the Library and IT over the last few years. The lists below will allow you to navigate the accumulated knowledge and experience over this period.
Presentations
- November 2019: UX at York: embedding ethnography and design - a keynote delivered at the Stellenbosch University Library Symposium. | Blogpost with embedded video recording
- November 2019: A large UX project on the entrance space of the Morrell Library, known as UX Space, resulted in a complete redesign. This included successfully bidding for funding to build a Fabrick Wall. | Building the Fabrick Wall blogpost

- March 2017: A presentation on starting small and scaling up UX, delivered at the Northern Collaboration UX Conference | UX at York on Slideshare

- September 2015: Emma Grey (our UX Intern) wrote a report on our very first UX Project, covering study space, finding resources, and noise levels among other things. Several design changes eventually came out of this project. | Summer UX Report (York log-in required)
