Descriptive Narrative: the student provides a number of clearly identified skills/attributes.  Examples of skills/attribute use (“Examples of where I have developed this skill/attribute”) and links to the placement’s opportunity for development (“Actions I need to take”) are clearly articulated.

Reflection: the student provides a thoughtful and reflective account of the reasons for the need for skill development (“Areas I need to develop”) and how the placement will provide opportunities for development (“Actions I need to take”).

General communication: the student’s account is very well written and structured
