Term 6 (Summer Term 2023)
Week 4	Deadline: Submission of project supervisor preferences via Google Form
End of Week 8	Allocation of project supervisors announced

Semester 1 2023
Weeks 1-5	Planning and Ethics Committee meetings with project supervisor You may submit your ethics forms as soon as they are ready and they will be processed by the ethics committee as soon as they are received (see link below)
Friday Week 5 Deadline: 12 noon but you can submit earlier	Final Deadline: Submission of Ethics/Project proposal forms An electronic copy of the form should be submitted via https://forms.gle/81G9EezNgmze9AcZ9 by the deadline.
Week 6	Latest Project Start Date
Weeks 6-11	Planning and progress meetings with your supervisor

Semester 2 2024
Weeks 1-6	Progress meetings with your supervisor. Ideally, you should be starting your data analysis at the start of Semester 2
Week 7	Submission of draft of project report to your project supervisor for comments
Week 8	Return of commented project draft by your supervisor
Week 10 See Summer Term: Year 3 Deadlines & Dates	Deadline: Submission of completed project report
