Projects, workbooks and views can all be added to your favourites, this is a useful way of saving your most used workbooks all in one place. It is recommended that workbooks, rather than views, are added to favourites due to the titles of workbooks being more descriptive. To favourite a workbook click the star next to the workbook title. Once you've added a workbook to your favourites it can be accessed using the navigation panel, they are also displayed on the home page. To remove a workbook from your favourites click the star again. Favourites can also be accessed while in another workbook using the favourites menu. This has a search function to easily find the workbook you're looking for. |

If you're always looking at specific filters you can create a custom view to save you from amending the filters every time you open the workbook. This custom view will only be visible to you unless you select the box 'make visible to others'. You can also set this as your default view using the 'Make it my default' box. You can navigate back to the original view at any point by clicking on 'Original (default)' in the other views section. To delete a custom view use the bin icon next to the view you want to delete. |
