    • We have an institutional contract with a Media Agency, and all paid advertising needs to be booked through them. Please contact your HFMR if you have any queries.

  • FindaPhD credits

    • Unfortunately we no longer have a package with FindAPhd that enables departments to have free credits to advertise opportunities. There will now be a cost of £30 per ad which will need to be funded by the School/Department. If you have an opportunity to advertise and the funds to do so, please contact the PG Marketing Team mrao-pg-marketing@york.ac.uk and they will be happy to help.

  • Images and video: The brand portal includes 1000s of images and video clips (searchable by subject area)

  • Poster templates: The University has a selection of poster templates on the brand platform. These are print-ready, in a variety of sizes up to A2. The Design team have created some guidelines on how to use these templates.
