If you need to request access for a member of staff or change it in any way (such as extension of date) then please email Dave Hay (dave.hay@york.ac.uk). He deals with KABA access directly onto EXOS from the department so we have better control over who has access where in the building and to dovetail that with alarm codes and out of hours working. You can usually obtain a temporary access card from reception who will log it and expect it back at the end of the day. |
