If you don't want to log in to Tableau daily but require a daily/weekly snapshot you can set up a subscription which will email you a copy of the data. This will be a static image or PDF. To set up a subscription click the 'Watch' button. Tick the 'subscribe me' box and fill in the other options as required. There are various schedules set up which you can select, if there isn't one for the frequency you require please email business-intelligence@york.ac.uk. To remove a subscription you've set up select 'Manage Subscriptions', this will take you to the subscription page of the workbook where you can select the three dots and click 'unsubscribe'.
